About lilyhop
A marketplace for small web apps you can play in a hop.
People keep building delightful little web apps — single-file games, small tools, weird experiments — and most of them are completely invisible. Posted once, played by friends, lost to the feed.
lilyhop is where they get found and played. Open the home page, hop into something, hop out, hop into the next one. No installs. No accounts to try.
What we believe
Makers should get paid.
lilyhop subscribers pay $4.99/mo for the catalog. 85% of the royalty pool goes back to publishers, allocated by engagement seconds — the longer people genuinely play your app, the bigger your share.
Publishing should be free, forever.
We don't charge to list. Not a one-time fee, not a subscription, not a cut on top of payment processing. The 15% lilyhop keeps covers infrastructure and curation, nothing more.
Small is good.
A single-file game finished this afternoon is worth more than the architecturally-perfect app that never shipped. lilyhop celebrates the tiny, the playful, the made-by-one-person-in-one-sitting.
The catalog should feel curated.
We hand-review the first few apps from each publisher. After that, you're trusted. Spam stays out; weird and interesting stays in.
